CWK205 (2009)

I wonder if anyone on this Forum either knew personally or ever remembers seeing former Coventry Bus "Conductor" / "Driver" and later on "Inspector" John Kellas at all ??? He sadly passed away some years ago now, but i was with his Family over in Allesley Park last week and i said that i would mention him here on the Forum ! I spoke to his Wife on the phone earlier tonight, as i really wanted to put a photo of her late Husband on here and felt it only right to ask for her permission first ??? I'm pleased to say that she was all in favour of it and happy for me to do so !!! I'm hoping that someone will recognise him and maybe even have a story or two to tell about him aswell ???

The Badges surrounding the photo were once the property of "John Kellas" and were kindly given to Me by his Wife !!!

ps: If you're wondering what the slightly rubbed out writing says on the "WMPTE" Cap Badge on the top right hand side, it says "Courier", which was another job that Mr Kellas did for the Company !!!
