I don't know whether anyone saw it at all, but in the Obituaries of last nights Coventry Telegraph (Dec.12th) there is a mention of a former Bus Conductor called John (Jack) Hastings (formerly of Louisburgh, Co. Mayo), who has sadly passed away aged 89. For anyone on this Forum who might have known him and now wanted to go and pay their respects to him at his funeral, there is a Reception into St.Elizabeths RC Church this coming Thursday (Dec.15th) at 6.15pm, followed by a Requiem Mass on Friday (Dec.16th) at 1.00pm and burial afterwards at St.Paul's Cemetery, Holbrooks.

It's always sad to hear of the loss of a Coventry Bus Man (and obviously of anyone full stop !) and so my thoughts go out to all his Family !!! "R.I.P. John" !!!
