I can't be specific about the actual vehicle, but based on the shape, it looks like an Australian bus. Many were built on uk export chassis such as AEC, Leyland and Albion.

Looking closely at these pictures, noting the dog, trees, and general scenery it is obvious this bus is still in Australia. I have been doing a little hunting around and about 100miles north of Sydney, in the city of Newcastle there is an area called Birmingham Gardens, maybe someone entered just "Birmingham" and it defaulted to the UK one. The £2000 being asked might just about cover freight costs to the UK, then the fun would begin!! You'd have to be brave to take this on, - - any thoughts Mr Burdett?

It is likely to be an Albion.
There are already 2 of these in the UK-one is restored and is on display at the Scottish Vintage Vehicle Museum and the other is I think stored at Rusper Sussex part restored.
I have brought a Bristol G back from USA in 2000 (still restoring it-got bored 334+244+others simpler to do) and freight even then was £4k £2k overland and £2k seafreight from Jacksonville (and that was on a rollon rollof ferry). Mike Walker has just brought back from New Zealand an RE fitted with a Leyland 510 and Bayline body and I think sea freight + import duty (yes HMRC levy duty and Vat on old buses even with a zero cost) cost him c£8k
As for this one-not for me
Roger Burdett
